We ("API VERSA OU", an Estonian Company) provide IP transit services under AS210464, offering high-quality connectivity to clients. The Service supports both IPv4 and IPv6 transit and is available through various tunneling methods or via Internet Exchange Points (IXPs). In this Policy, the word "Service" and "Services" will be used to refer to the aforementioned IP Transit Service. Client(s) will refer to those that have purchased the Service or are using the Free Service. "Us" also refers to "We" as previously defined.
2) Transit Options
Tunneling: Clients can connect via VxLAN, GRE, or WireGuard tunnels. Tunnels are available from locations in the US or the UK.
IXP Connection: If We and the Client share a mutual IXP, transit can be provided through the IXP.
3) Routing Options
Clients can choose between two routing options:
Default Route Only: Clients receive only a default route to access the global internet. May also include some routes directly to Us that are hosted on the same server hosting the Service.
Full Table: Clients receive a full BGP routing table for more granular control over routing decisions. This table will include all routes available through the Service.
4) Downstreaming and AS-SETs
Downstreaming: Clients are allowed to downstream traffic to their own customers.
AS-SETs: We use AS-SETs for proper route management and filtering. If Client has an AS-SET listed in PeeringDB, it will be used for building filters.
5) Usage Restrictions
Permitted Usage: The Service is intended solely for legitimate and lawful network operations. Clients are prohibited from using the Service for any illegal activities, including but not limited to spamming, fraud, or unauthorized network access.
Reselling Prohibited: Clients are not allowed to resell, sublease, or transfer the Service without prior written consent from Us. Exception applies for downstreaming to your own Clients via your own ASN, which is permitted.
Compliance: Clients must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and RIPE NCC policies concerning the use of the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Service if any illegal activity is detected or RIPE NCC policies are broken.
6) Service Availability
We endeavor to maintain continuous availability of the Service. However, service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for any downtime or loss of connectivity related to the use of the Service.
7) Support
We provide support related to the Service, including assistance with tunnel setup, BGP configurations, and routing management. However, support does not extend to managing the client’s internal network or resolving issues unrelated to the IP Transit service.
8) Billing and Payment
Payment Terms: The 100Mb/s transit is offered for free. The 1Gb/s option is billed at €10 per month. The 10Gb/s option is billed at €20 per month. Payment is required in advance, and Services will not commence until payment is received.
Refunds: No refunds are offered for the Service, except where required by law.
9) Termination
We reserve the right to terminate the Service if this Policy is violated or the Service is used for purposes not permitted under this Policy. Clients may terminate the lease of Service at any time, but no refunds will be provided for the remaining lease period.
