We ("API VERSA OU", an Estonian Company) offer the leasing of IP address space to clients who require IP resources for their operations. This Service is intended to provide clients with the flexibility to expand their network infrastructure using IP addresses allocated by the RIPE NCC. In this Policy, the word "Service" and "Services" will be used to refer to the aforementioned IP address space when assigned to the Client. Client(s) will refer to those that have purchased the Service."Us" also refers to "We" as previously defined.
2) Usage Restrictions
Permitted Usage: The Service is intended solely for legitimate and lawful network operations. Clients are prohibited from using the Service for any illegal activities, including but not limited to spamming, fraud, or unauthorized network access.
Reselling Prohibited: Clients are not allowed to resell, sublease, or transfer the leased address space (Service) without prior written consent from Us.
Compliance: Clients must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and RIPE NCC policies concerning the use of the leased IP address space (Service). We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Service if any illegal activity is detected or RIPE NCC policies are broken.
3) Leasing Terms
Duration: The leasing of the Service is offered on an annual basis. Clients may renew the lease of the Service subject to availability and compliance with this policy.
Assignment: We will assign a block of IP addresses to the Client as ordered by making the following changes in RIPE: the ORG record will be updated to Client ORG record in RIPE, the admin-c and tech-c will be set to Client provided records, the mnt-lower and mnt-domain will be updated to the MNT record of Client, a ROUTE6 or ROUTE object will be created referencing the Clients provided ASN, an RPKI record will be created with the Clients Provided ASN referenced to the IP Block issued.
Return of Addresses: Upon termination or expiration of the lease of the Service, the client must cease using the leased IP address space and return it to Us. Any routing advertisements for the returned address space must be withdrawn immediately. We reserve the right to contact any peering partners of the Client who have not withdrawn the announcements to request them to manually drop all announcements of the Service.
4) RPKI Management
We manage the Resource Public Key Infrastructure (RPKI) for the Service. Clients are required to contact Us to request any changes to RPKI settings or configurations. Unauthorized changes to RPKI are not permitted.
5) Service Availability
We endeavor to maintain continuous availability of the Service. However, service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for any downtime or loss of connectivity related to the use of the Service.
6) Support
We provide support related to the leasing and use of the Service, including assistance with RIPE records, RPKI management, and IRR objects. However, support does not extend to managing the client’s internal network or resolving issues unrelated to the Service.
6) Billing and Payment
Payment Terms: Clients are billed based on the size and type of the IP block leased and the duration of the lease. Payment is required in advance, and services will not be provisioned until payment is received.
Refunds: No refunds are offered for the Service, except where required by law.
7) Termination
We reserve the right to terminate the Service if this Policy is violated or the Service is used for purposes not permitted under this Policy. We may also terminate the Service if we for some reason lose access to the Service ourselves, such as in a dispute with RIPE or a provider. If due to a dispute between a provider or RIPE, we may choose to offer the client the option to have the Service re-numbered instead. Clients may terminate the lease of Service at any time, but no refunds will be provided for the remaining lease period. To request termination, a client may contact us using the methods provided on our website (https://www.apiversa.com).
8) Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
9) Amendments and Changes
We reserves the right to amend or change this Policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes to this Policy.
10) Governing Law
This Policy is governed by the laws of Estonia, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Estonia.
